Farshid Farajzadeh M.S., P.T.

Farshid Farajzadeh graduated in 1991 with Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from San Diego State University.  He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994 from University Of The Pacific.

Since 1994, Farshid has worked as an independent traveling physical therapist in California and Nevada. He has experience in a variety of settings including acute, sub-acute, rehab, skilled nursing, and outpatient clinics.

During this period, patients with neurological conditions / athletic and sports injuries / pre and post surgical / musculoskeletal / workers comp / and joint problems have been treated.

Farshid established Ocean Physical Therapy in August, 2000 with quality patient care in mind.
